Our resident mixologist, Jozef Letasi, is a driving force behind our signature line of cocktails, in combination with a few Origin India classics, that complement our kitchen’s cuisine.
As a mixologist, Jozef. strongly believes that the key to the perfect drink is the right combination of the best and freshest ingredients, bar tools and tricks-of-the-trade he’s learned over the years. Jozef’s cocktails focus more on refreshing, good-tasting drinks made with quality ingredients and care, not just something that will provide his guest with a large amount of alcohol.

FEATURED DRINK - The Green Fairy Absinthe 12
Absinthe was finally legalized in the US in November 2007 and is traditionally a distilled, highly alcoholic
(45%-75% ABV) beverage. We obtained it from our British friend Div and now we have it available
for you. It’s the real deal, so be prepared to visit with us for a while before driving.
Absinthe is a licorice-flavored spirit derived from herbs, including the flowers and leaves of the herb
Artemisia absinthium, also called wormwood. Absinthe has a characteristic natural green color but can
also be colorless. It is often called "the Green Fairy" and originated in the canton of Neuchâtel in Switzerland.
Absinthe achieved great popularity as an alcoholic drink in late 19th- and early 20th-century France, particularly
among Parisian artists and writers. Due in part to its association with bohemian culture.
